How often should I clean my AC?
For a typical home, once a year is a good baseline. If you have children, pets, allergy-sensitive family members, or you run the AC very often, every 6 to 9 months is better.
Will the AC definitely become colder or quieter after cleaning?
In most cases, airflow and odor improve noticeably. But if weak cooling is caused by low refrigerant or aging parts, cleaning can improve airflow without fully solving the problem. The technician can explain the likely cause on site.
Will you make the wall or floor dirty?
We protect the area first by covering walls, floors, and nearby furniture. After cleaning, we tidy up and try to leave the space as clean as possible.
Do you provide a warranty? What does it cover?
Yes. We provide a 30-day warranty for cleaning-related issues, such as abnormal dripping shortly after cleaning or odor returning unusually quickly. If the issue is due to parts, refrigerant, or age-related wear, we explain that separately in advance.
How do I book, and what information do you need?
Just message us on WhatsApp with the unit type (window or split), quantity, address or general area, and your preferred time. Photos help us quote and schedule faster.
If my AC is dripping, will cleaning always fix it?
A blocked drain is one of the most common causes, so cleaning plus a drainage check often helps. But if the issue is related to installation angle or pipe routing, separate repair may still be needed. The technician will assess it first.
